During this time, we will seek to access the
wisdom and help of our compassionate healing spirits, teachers, power animals and other spirit helpers through the shamanic journey
process using our drums, rattles and voices. *
It is our
intention to work together in a supportive environment to provide an opportunity for you to grow in your shamanic skills,
to offer
assistance and guidance for others and also to receive for yourself - basic journeying skills are necessary.* In this collaborative endeavor, we will also seek ways to be in service for our greater community,
to explore various methods of raising our personal energy, incorporating
ways of honoring our spirit helpers and creating sacred space.
* As this circle is to support people in their shamanic growth, and not to actually teach the basic
journey process, we ask that participants have completed training in the basic core shamanic journeying techniques as taught
by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies in THE WAY OF THE SHAMAN Basic Workshop, or equivalent
training by another teacher. If you have not received this training and are interested, we can provide you with
information on classes and teachers.

Drum (if you have one)
Rattle (if you have one)
Bandana or Eye Covering
Cushion and/or Blanket
Notebook/Journal and a Pen
Please wear comfortable clothing
Please Note:
For privacy and security, the main door may be locked and cell phones turned off once
we begin. Please arrive a few minutes early ~ or call ahead if you need us
to hold the doors for you!
